General Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure that proper accounting and recording of companies within the Group transactions are performed in an accurate and timely manner and according to both local and Group requirements; and to review and analyze financial and other key reports for management. The financial controller must deliver precise information under strict deadlines. The ideal candidate for the position is bright, attentive, and efficient with self-assurance and the ability to complete work skillfully.

Financial Controller Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee reconciliations of Intercompany and Banks accounts within the Group
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Coordinate with colleagues to ensure preparation of the company’s monthly, quarterly and annual reports
• Ensure quality control, accuracy, consistency and timeliness of the financial results and reports
• Review & analyze financial reports and inquire about all material variances
• Assist the Company’s within the Group in the production of the annual budget and rolling forecasts
• Account for any budget variances and report significant discrepancies to CFO
• Ensure with Local Accounting teams that financial reports comply with current accounting principles and financial reporting standards of their related countries.
• Produce complete and timely Group consolidated financial reports to CFO
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Additional controller duties as necessary

Financial Controller Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration
• 4+ years’ experience in similar position
• Thorough knowledge of accountancy
• Excellent accounting software user + Microsoft and administration skills
• Good+ verbal and written communication skills in English
• Sufficient interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail
• Self-motivated
• Willing to travel
